I’m Kishan Gondaliya.I build things, break things, and figure out why.

EngineeringAIQualityProduct

My work sits between these disciplines — building automation and AI workflows, exploring complex systems, and figuring out what happens when software meets the real world.

Senior Quality Engineer, rtCamp

Engineer

I build systems, tools and automation that solve real problems.

AI Workflows

I use AI workflows to automate reasoning, reduce repetitive work, and move engineering faster.

Quality Engineer

I make quality measurable and repeatable.

Product Specialist

I understand what we’re actually trying to build.

How I think about quality

Quality isn’t a phase at the end. It’s a property you design in, measure, and keep honest.

  1. Understand the system

Before testing a feature, I want to understand how it actually works — the architecture, dependencies, data, and the user journey.

  2. Automate the predictable

Repetitive checks belong in automation. That leaves engineering time for the things machines aren’t good at: investigation, reasoning and exploration.

  3. Think beyond the ticket

A feature can satisfy its acceptance criteria and still be wrong. I look for the gaps between what was requested, what was built, and what users actually need.
