I’m Kishan Gondaliya, a Senior Quality Engineer at rtCamp. I’ve spent 4 years 9 months working on the part of software that decides whether anyone can trust it — first across security and data products at Crest Data Systems, now across the WordPress ecosystem at rtCamp.

The thread between those is the same: understand the system before testing it, automate the parts that repeat, and keep asking whether the thing we built is the thing anyone actually needed. That last question is the one that tends to get skipped.

I work in Playwright, Pytest and WebdriverIO; I measure with JMeter and Lighthouse; and I care more than average about accessibility, because the people most affected by a defect are rarely the ones who report it.

    • Lead quality for GoDAM, covering the WordPress plugin, its admin surfaces, the transcoding pipeline and the front-end video player with end-to-end Playwright suites that run on every change.
    • Built the performance testing setup that measures GoDAM-enabled WooCommerce storefronts against non-GoDAM baselines, so the cost of video delivery is a measured number rather than an argument.
    • Run accessibility and security audits across the plugin and its integrations, holding releases to WCAG and GDPR rather than filing the findings as a report nobody reads.
    • Shape release strategy for the WordPress ecosystem work — what ships, what blocks, and what gets automated so it never has to be decided by hand again.
